Kids-Life Coaching for Kids and Teens

Kids-Life Coaching is an experiential, child-centred approach that helps children overcome low confidence, emotional overwhelm, and peer pressure through creative, play-driven methods that build resilience, emotional intelligence, and real-life leadership skills before struggles become long-term patterns. I am an alumni of Kids Life Studio and part of a global network of play based coaches.

Could this be your child?

Start With the Lifestyle Assessment

What is the Lifestyle Assessment ?

My comprehensive Lifestyle Assessment identifies your child’s strengths, growth areas, and hidden vulnerabilities, and is securely hosted on my trusted partner site, Kids Life Studio®, as the first step toward creating a personalised coaching journey.

Customized Solutions

Not One-Size-Fits-All. Tailor-Made for Your Child.

Before coaching begins, every parent completes a comprehensive Lifestyle Assessment for their child designed to give us a full-picture understanding of who they are and what they need.

This assessment allows me to:

⭐️ Identify areas of vulnerability before they escalate
⭐️ Highlight your child’s natural strengths and leadership potential
⭐️ Create a personalised, measurable growth roadmap
⭐️ Track progress before and after the programme
⭐️ Design a coaching journey tailored specifically to your child

This ensures meaningful, lasting transformation — not temporary motivation.

About The Founder

A scientist by training, a mum by heart, and your child’s biggest play-cheerleader

For over 15 years, I lived in the world of clinical research, looking at the data of young lives. But eventually, I realized I didn’t just want to study the statistics—I wanted to reach children before the statistics reached them. I wanted to trade my clinical whites for playtime brights: a mission to help kids find their wings. At Funfly Foundations, science meets play. I build superpowers! My Building Strong Wings for Life approach uses a sprinkle of neuroscience and a whole lot of FUN(eka). I use brain-boosting games and creative play to help and guide children.

1.Why I Do This?

I’m a proud mum to an amazing son, and I know exactly what it’s like to want a world where our children feel truly safe, seen, and heard. My goal is to plant seeds of hope today so your child can own their choices and soar tomorrow.
Every child has wings—sometimes they just need a playful push to help them catch the wind.

2. 🌈 How do I do this?

The “Smarty-Pants” Science (Neuroscience-Informed) – Behind every game I play is a bit of brain magic. I focus on strengthening the neural pathways for emotional regulation, confident decision-making, resilient thinking
The “Sparkle” Factor (Play-Based Learning) -I use brain-boosting games, creative challenges, and lots of laughs to make lessons stick. When a child is having fun, their brain is wide open to learning!
Safe & Seen Coaching – I create a brave space where your child is the hero of their own story. Whether we are tackling school hurdles or friendship tangles, I provide the tools, and they provide the courage.

FAQ's

What makes Funfly Foundations Kids-Life Coaching System Unique?

Funfly Foundations is founder-led and rooted in the proven principles of the world’s longest-standing Kids-Life Coaching methodology from Kids Life Studio® . Unlike generic programs, each session is personally designed and delivered by the founder, using a structured yet playful approach that adapts to each child’s personality, developmental stage, and goals. Children learn critical life skills—confidence, emotional awareness, communication, and problem-solving—through games and activities that feel natural and fun, not forced. By combining evidence-informed coaching techniques with play, I help kids build lasting resilience while staying engaged and motivated.

What checks does the Funfly Foundations coach go through?

All coaching sessions are conducted directly by the founder, who maintains full background checks, professional standards, and continuous training in child development and Kids-Life Coaching. I prioritize transparency and safety: parents are encouraged to ask questions and discuss any concerns upfront, ensuring every family feels comfortable and confident before starting.

How is the Funfly Foundations coach qualified to work with children?

The founder of Funfly Foundations is a certified Kids-Life Coaching, trained through the global Kids Life Studio® framework—the recognized leader in Kids-Life Coaching. This training, combined with extensive experience and ongoing learning in child development, ensures every session supports children in developing confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and positive thinking in a safe, engaging, and structured way.

She also holds Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, Masters in Medical Science, and training in Kids Life Coaching.

How do I know if my child would benefit from Kids-Life Coaching?

Kids-Life Coaching benefits children who need support with confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, focus, motivation, or navigating life changes. Funfly Foundations takes a proactive, preventative approach, helping kids develop skills for life rather than “fixing” problems. I offer an initial consultation to understand your child’s needs, ensuring the program is tailored to support their growth effectively.

What if my child is already seeing a therapist?

Kids-Life Coaching is designed to complement therapy, not replace it. While therapy focuses on processing emotions and past experiences, Funfly Foundations equips children with practical skills for the present and future: goal-setting, problem-solving, emotional awareness, and confidence. I encourage open discussion with parents and therapists to ensure coaching enhances your child’s overall support network.

What is the difference between a Kids-Life Coach and a counselor?

A counselor helps children process feelings, work through challenges, and address emotional or behavioral concerns, often focusing on past experiences and healing. A Kids-Life Coach, like at Funfly Foundations, focuses on building skills for the present and future—confidence, resilience, problem-solving, and social skills—through playful, hands-on activities that feel natural and fun.

Think of it this way: counseling helps children understand their feelings, while Kids-Life Coaching helps them practice using those feelings to make smart choices and grow stronger every day. Many families find that coaching complements counseling, giving children both insight and actionable tools to thrive.
